The Madras High Court has ordered issuance of notices to actress-politician Vijaya Shanthi and five others on a criminal revision petition challenging the orders of a lower court, which acquitted them from a cheating case.
Hearing a criminal revision petition filed by the complainant Inder Chand Jain seeking to set aside an order of lower court, Justice K N Basha ordered notice to her and granted two weeks time to reply.
