Navaneet Kaur/ Ravi Rana Wedding in a mass marriage ceremony as Navneet Kaur Marriage with Maharashtra MLA Ravi Rana going to be held on 2nd February 2011. Maharashtra MLA Ravi Rana will tie knot to South Indian actress Navneet Kaur, which will be held in Amravati in Mahatrashtra state, India.

Raana told to souces that nearly 3,000 couples from different communities will take wedding vows. “They include visually challenged, handicapped, tribals as well as minorities.”

Over five lakh guests, including yoga guru Baba Ramdev, are expected at the event to organised in Amravati.

According to some media, Navneet and Ravi’s marriage is a love cum arranged marriage. The two met in a spiritual meeting in Mumbai, organized by Rana.

The legislator said his fiancee Navaneet Kaur/ Navneeth Kaur / Navaneeth Kaur, who has worked in Tamil, Telugu and Malyalam movies, will quit films and get into social work after marriage.

Navnit Kaur first acting appearance was in ‘Darshan’, a Kannada movie. Then followed her debut in Telugu with “Seenu, Vasanthi and Lakshmi” (2004). “Chetna” (2005), “Jagapathi” (2005), “Good Boy” (2005), “Bhuma” (2008) are some of her other movies. She already acted in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu movies, bur her Malluwood debut opposite Megastar Mammootty in the Malayalam film “Parunthu” didn’t happen. She had been replaced by Lakshmi Rai. Navnit Kaur is literally struck up in a tight schedule playing in the movies, “Kalachakram”, “Terror”, “Flash News” and “Jabilamma” in Telugu and she does the role of an action heroine in Terror. In the recent past, she also shared screen space with Vijayakanth in a Tamil movie “Arasangam”. She also performs Dance in Gemini TV (program named ‘humma humma’). She starred Megastar Mammootty in the Malayalam movie, “Love in Singapore”, directed by Rafi Mecartin, which bombed at the Box office. Recently she has also acted in a Punjabi movie named “Lad geya pecha” opposite famous actor cum comedian Gurpreet Ghuggi.
