It is kinda becoming a tradition that we know a lot about the new Apple products before they come out. Apple kept it secret, nobody officially talked about it but everybody knew that Apple would be announcing Verizon bound iPhone on January 11th. Same happens to many Apple gadgets. Now the rumor treadmill is all heated up about the iPad 2.
By now we know that iPad 2 might have a 2048×1536 display, would remain at 10 inches, will have both front facing as well as a rear cam, will support microSD card, have a dual CDMA/ GSM chipset manufactured by Qualcomm, might have an Apple A5 processor and will most probably come out in April 2011. Anything left? Not much but some of this information might not be accurate as for now.
iPad 2 on BestBuy?As another clue on the new iPad, BestBuy has reserved three SKUs on it’s site for the new iPad. Interestingly the price tag is the same as the ones currently available. In fact the price tag can reveal some interesting information that I might analyze in a later post today.
