BSEH has introduced the semester system from academic year 2006-2007. Bhiwani board is the first Board in india to introduce the Semester System.
It came into existence in the year 1969 with 100 officials and with its head-quarters at Chandigarh. In 1981, its headquarter was shifted to Bhiwani.
