Verizon iPhone 4 Will Effect AT&T Customers as Well
We know, we know your main concern with the iPhone is its inability to make calls. It’s a great computer, it’s a great gaming device but it’s not a good phone you know. Well ‘was’ not a good phone up to now. It only worked with the congested AT&T network, has a death-grip problem etc etc etc. Verizon iPhone 4 is actually Apple’s answer to these problems. Definitely Verizon has done a lot of home work to make this launch successful and enable users to have best ‘phone’ experience.
This Verizon iPhone 4 affects the iPhone scenario in more ways than you think. Look back at the time when there was nothing named iPhone on the face of earth. Was AT&T that crappy at that time? Surely not and that was one of the reasons Apple launched with AT&T and signed a long exclusivity contract as well. What happened to AT&T then? iPhone’s exclusivity brought hundreds of thousands of customers which AT&T couldn’t handle well resulting in a congested network. Verizon customers will hopefully have a great experience while calling their loved ones but this thing will effect AT&T customers as well. With the better experience on Verizon, you’ll eventually find a lot of customers switching to Verizon causing decreased congestion on AT&T and thus a better user experience!
You are bound to AT&T in a two year contract and won’t want to buy a Verizon iPhone 4 for now but there are many with older iPhones and expired contracts. They will be switching soon, leaving your way. So sit back and relax until a lot of guys switch and you are able to make calls on AT&T. Again!
If you don’t know yet, Verizon’s iPhone 4 is official and will be available on February 10th. It has got nothing different from the AT&T iPhone but the radio. More information and hot Verizon iPhone 4 news at our Verizon iPhone 4 shooting range!
