NeeraYadav to fouryears in prison after finding her guilty in connection with the Noida land scam. Former UP Chief Secretary Neera Yadav convicted under Section 120B and 131D of the Prevention of Corruption Act, also levied a fine of Rs 50,000 on her. Sources report that Nira Yadav deliberately allotted seven acres of land to Flex Group Chairman Ashok Chaturvedi. Nira Yadav was politically well connected. Her husband is a memeber in Samajawadi Party. Later he again joined the BJP.
