Post Name : Project Lead (PHP) in Tech Infiniti
Qualification : Candidate must possess a Technical degree i.e., B. Tech or MCA or M.Tech with good academic record.
Experience : 1.5 to 3 years
Skills Required : Candidate must possess good communication(both verbal and written) and team leadership skills.
Desired Profile :
Candidates should also have the following skills :
Experience in Object Oriented PHP/ Object Oriented PHP Framework like Smarty, Code Igniter, Zend, Cake PHP is must Willingness to do all that is possible to get the work completed. Familiarizes himself with the end-of-project objectives and Deliverable. Plans the project and communicates the plan to the team built Executes the project as per the quality, time and cost specifications. Manages the team’s motivation and aspiration levels through Appropriate reward, recognition or other means. Drives innovation and research towards the fulfillment of Knowledge Management and Skill-building objectives of employees.
Compensation : Selected Candidates will be paid Rs. 25,000-30,000/- per month. Company is flexible in salary range if the candidate is very good.
