Delhi Development Authority now brings houses at low cost. DDA has cut the home prices for aspiring home buyers. DDA has invited even small developers in the NCR by heavy discounts like cars, LCDs and international holiday packages to encourage buyers.

Various Banks are financing the flat bookings. The officials are about to sell 25 lakh forms this year. This year DDA provides 3 times of the total number of flats offered in 2008.
