A lot of people have iPhone 4 now with iOS 4.1 (or beyond) and I find them wandering over the internet to look for an unlock. They end up finding all the confusing stuff scattered all around with no real easy peasy guide. Well, the fact is that the unlock for iOS 4.1 on iPhone 4 is not yet available.
